You may be eligible for our 100% Money Back Guarantee refund on your Cedar Mobile eSIM purchase if:
- Your eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a verified technical issue
- Your device is eSIM incompatible or network locked before activation
- Your travel plans change before your eSIM is activated
If you experience a verified network or connectivity issue while your Data Plan was activated and used in country, with remaining validity or unused data, a full or partial refund may be processed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase using our Refund Request form.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to your original payment method.
Refund eligibility is subject to verification of activation status, usage, and applicable service conditions.
